To the maximum extent permitted by law, MokIntel’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to MokIntel for the Service during the three months before the claim arose, or $100 if you did not pay for the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MokIntel, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from:

  5. Your misuse of AI-generated output.
  6. Your business, marketing, financial, legal, or operational decisions based on the Service.
